Our 2010 Prius has over 180K miles and runs great. Yesterday as we were driving I clicked the ECO Mode button (actually for the first time ever). Shortly thereafter several warning indicators came on the dashboard: the ABS warning light (USA), the Slip indicator, the Brake system warning light (yellow indicator), and the Brake system warning light (red indicator). I have unclicked the ECO Mode button and the car has been started/stopped multiple times and the warning indicators remain on. The brakes themselves have changed how they feel. Thoughts?
You didnt break anything by switching to ECO. You just had something else happen at about the same time. Grab a code reader and let the car tell you what it was.
