I have a 2010 Prius purchased new in November of 10. It has 15000 KM. I took it in to have the drivers seat repaired as there was an issue with the springs poking me in the back. I also have had a PCS warning light on for some time and they could find nothing when running the codes. Today when they again tried to reset the light it would not go off. Apparently they have to get in touch with Toyota for info. My issue now is that when I picked up the car I now have 6 warning lights including loss of traction, ABS , PCS etc. Some fix! The counter staff did not even know what PCS was! Any suggestions?
PCS is Pre-Collision System. You should take the car back to the dealer IMMEDIATELY and get a free loaner/rental car until it is fixed. With all of those lights on, many of the car's safety features have been de-activated.
