I've yet to find a charging station when I'm out and about that isn't half a mile from where I'm going. Even when I am at the office, my employer-provided station is half a mile away. Maybe with the next app update they'll add the feature where the car drives to you.
yeah, charging is pretty weak around here, and i don't see any initiatives compared to other parts of the country. i guess that's why we're still driving phev's.
They are all hidden away around here. I've never seen one while driving except the CHAmeDO at a Thruway Service Plaza. The ones I already know about I've found using plugshare since Aug 2014 when it was easier to learn how that site worked and what problems it has with reviews and availability. The biggest one is what account is needed to access the plug. Non card access ( whatever card is needed ) is almost unheard of.
