West Virginia tax form AFMV-1 alternative fuel motor vehicle tax credit has been available since 1997. I almost missed this one, it lets you subtract up to $4125 from your tax bill over a three year period. Thats a dollar for dollar credit! I got $3612 over a three year period. I had to amend my 2003 tax to get over $1200 dollars back. Let me know if this helps anyone. One more thing we love our Prius!
