Made the huge mistake of removing the plastic trim that surrounds the center passenger shoulder strap where it comes out of the top of the seat back (not one of the screw mounted guides for the side passenger's straps). I now know how to get it back in place, but have weakened the tabs so that when I try to wedge the neoprene under the plastic it pops off. I'm thinking of trying to order a new trim piece, but wondering if the neoprene even can go under it? How have other people dealt with this piece?
