What are the best mobile video and mobile pc options out right now?

I have been out of the audio/video scene for the past 5 years or so and im wondering what is out there.

Sonic Beats is coming out with an aux video/audio input unit by the end of the month. It will give Prius owners an audio/video input that you can connect to anything you see fit. I am looking to purchase a device that will hold my video files that has a standard video/audio out. I am thinking about something as simple as an iPod video or something like an advanced mobile pc system.
