The Entune program grades your driving efficiency based upon arbitrary measures. I charge my car with sunlight, which trumps any of their efficiency measures but not calculated. I assume all the nonsense ranking awards are designed to encourage efficient driving without significant benefit.

How or perhaps where did you find the Entune program that monitors efficiency?

On my smartphone, 6 categories of efficiency rank with gold medals etc... I deleted the app

Which smartphone are you using. Mine is an iPhone 4S. The Entune app doesn't have that feature

Bob: In the Entune app, click on ECO Dashboard.

I opened the Entune app from iPhone. I don't see an Eco app. There is not a Eco Dashboard. The only version I see is 1.8.222.50833

Wow mine doesn't have the first, 5 icons. I think you have a different app. That sucks, wish I did have the Eco thing, vehicle finder and the others

Is your plug-in a base model? This is the Entune app for the Plug-In advanced.

Whoops, missed this one. Oh, OK, that explains it. Yeah, these apps are specifically for the PIPA. They utilize the cellular radio in the car for the Toyota Safety Connect.

What a bummer, I guess we who drive the old standby, are just chopped liver. No bell and whistles to help achieve higher MPGs here. Guess we're just paper bags blowing across the road, too low in life for the tech stuff.

Seriously, you have the fuelly app too. LOL! Yes I use the fuelly app. It's nice but I'm sure what you have is better.

I don't have it (yet) but I've seen others on here post about it. I like the Entune stuff, although it could be better implemented/have more useful information included. I'll probably get around to installing Fuelly at some point when I get bored. I'm averaging 131MPG this tank, according to the car and it only costs me .21 to charge the PIP, so it's worth the difference in price to me.

A base PiP doesn't have that feature as well.
