Ive been wanting to order something for two weeks from the Prius Shop but cant get in because my password doesnt work. I have asked for new password but no one has responded. I wonder why it is a different password from Prius forums? I ordered some things earlier this year, got great service, paid my bill. No problems, but cant seem to reorder because I cant get in to order.
Priuschat upgraded the forum software earlier, and that may have screwed up your forum account, which is tied in with the shop. Not a big problem if you create a new account and order from that... unless you have some sort of attachment to your old name.
