What holds the AirBag cover to the AirBag? Bolts? Size? Anyone know. I am talking about the piece that you touch to blow the horn. I know how to get the AirBag out. Just wondering what tool I need to remove the Cover. Thanks.
The airbag, horn, and cover are all one piece that comes out as an assembly. It's not designed to be taken apart.
I know the cover comes off. I damaged mine and ordered a NEW one. Just need to know what holds it on that's all.
Interesting. Toyota TIS shows this as an assembly. I've never seen the cover sold separately, as they don't want people putting new covers on a fired bag. Do you have a Toyota part #? I may be able to find repair data with the #.
