Any ideas on what I should get for my Prius on a trade. I looking to buy a 50th Anniversary Camry. So far, one dealer offered me 13,000 with 1,367 off MSRP and the other dealer offred full MSRP and 14,500 trade. Sounds like a conspiricy. My Prius is a Package 5 with 60,000 miles and clean. Edmunds says 16,800 and Kelly BB says 11,845. I'll try again tomorrow. Brian
$16,800 sounds a lot closer to the mark, but of course the books are guides to the market -- it's not like Fred Kelly wants to come over and buy your car. The dealers should be using the same book as you; they should also be much more familiar with your area market conditions, so I'd expect them to be very close to one another unless they are geographically more than 30 miles apart (further in rural areas). Still, 2 dealers hitting it within $33 of each other is darn good!
