My 2013 Prius V 3 made a weird chirp/beep noise just once on startup. No warning lights on the display. One month later it has increased to five weird chirp/beeps just after pushing the power button to start the car. No warning lights. No noticeable issues with the car. What is it trying to tell me? Why is it chirping/beeping at me?
My go-to check whenever I hear of electrical oddities is to check the health of the 12-volt battery. We've seen too-man-to-count issues that can arise from a 12-volt that's going bad.
