What repairs show up on carfax history report

    Another vehicle struck mine and now I have to repair the damage. I am not at fault. No powertrain damage, just cosmetic. Both insurance companies are involved.

    Is this going to show up on the Carfax?

    I suppose that's the theory, but I had a friend who had a similar situation, and when she went to sell the car, the incident didn't show up on Carfax.
