Where can I find the color codes

i think the dealer parts dept can tell from your vin.

 

You should also have the color code on a label on your car. Check for a label under the hood typically.

Also, many paint manufacturers have a book that lists paint color codes for the major manufacturers by model year.

 

Focussing just on that bit, if you show up at a dealership parts department, tell them the model, year and colour, they'll take it from there.
