I have a 2017 Prius Prime with 26K miles. I missed the 25k service due to Covid and my Toyota Care ran out, so I am ready to start doing the simple maintenance tasks myself. However I can't find a complete list of maintenance items and intervals. The Owners Manual says "Scheduled maintenance should be performed at specified intervals according to the maintenance schedule. For details about maintenance items and schedules, refer to the “Scheduled Maintenance Guide” or “Owner’s Manual Supplement”. However I am unable to find anything called "Scheduled Maintenance Guide” or "Owner’s Manual Supplement”. The full Owners Manual and Owners Manual Quick Guide does not include a maintenance schedule.
You will find the link to the maintenance guide and all other documentation for 2017 PRIME on this page. It is at the bottom of the page. The actual pdf link is this: https://www.toyota.com/t3Portal/document/omms-s/T-MMS-17PriusPrime/pdf/2017_Toyota_Prius%20Prime_WMG_lr.pdf The scheduled maintenance is listed after the warranty explanations in the last half of the booklet.
Is it the Canadian version? Does it show the brake fluid change at 3yr maintenance? The OP is from CA, USA, so the US link should work for him unless he really wants to change the brake fluid. lol
No, the US book is what I pasted in. And Toyota Tech Info is the US publications, in the "manuals" Tab. Canadian Owner's get "Owner's Manual Supplement". It encompasses all Toyota models. It used to have a horrible, all encompassing schedule, nothing but text, tons of exceptions and provisos, near impossible to decipher, pretty much forced me to start with the spreadsheet translations. Then in maybe 2014, while still encompassing all models, they went to a table format, kms/months across the top, and descriptions down the left side. Around that time they introduced the brake fluid change spec. That was the acme of clarity, for Toyota Canada. Then a few years back, maybe 2016 (with advent of 4th gen Prius), they no longer have a schedule of any description in the booklet, you have to go online, plug in your miles/months/model. Here's the maintenance portion of the 2014 booklet, the pinnacle, lol.
