Can't find any info for a gen3 about what module/block is what in the HVB. I've got problems in block 1 and 7. Can't figure out which ones those are. Googling and skimming YT videos has brought nothing. Only found info for Gen2.

    Thanks,

I want to say the Gen 2 and 3 racks are the same but I'm not positive of this but I believe so I have two laying side by side right here on the ground in the carport

Module 1 is always the module that has the heavy orange cable connected to the (-) terminal.

That means Module 1 is by the fan then? Dr Prius said it suspected a problem in block 1, but it looks alright so far. However block 7 (13&14) said poor balance. Block 7 has 1/3rd the capacity of block1. All of the voltages were find when I first took it apart. It's going to take forever to do this... Thought I was going to be able to cycle 3 batteries at a time but my original charger I had is junk. My new dual charger, discharges 1.4amp max. Not even the slow 2amps it said.

I've gone from trying to recondition to just finding out capacity for modules to replace.

This is why I just paid the $5 to $750 from the hybrid doctor up in Virginia He has the equipment and the time and all that I just bring him an old one pick up the remanufactured one so far one of my Gen 3 is going on about a year and rolling strong rolling everyday so I'll take that deal not too bad guided to the bang up job and he's in it to win it he's out in trade shows in LA and staying on top of his game so must be doing something right He has a way to tumble and clean bus bars and all that He provides new ones when the old ones are just not cleanable and everything it's a nice setup I was very surprised
