Wondering where the beep for the seat belt warning is coming from. Is it one of the speakers like the bluetooth uses for the cell phone or a real beeper under the dash. Is it adjustable. While i'm at it, where is the outside beeper for the door lock and unlock. As a person with my hearing almost gone in one ear, these beeps could use some more volume. The outside beep gets lost with all the outside side noise, forcing you to check the visual blinking of the turn signal lights. If you lose your hearing you'll notice these high frequency sounds go first. So, is their any solution for this beeping volume for people like me. First where is the beeping sounds located, then maybe something can be figured out for just the few Prius owners with this problem. I hope you never have to lose your hearing as its a problem you don't need or want.

The outside beep issue has been discussed before. I recall the best tip was to pull on the driver's door handle within 3 seconds of pushing the black "lock" button on the handle. Within that first 3 seconds, the door will not open if the lock function was successful. Don't know about the internal beep.
