Where is turn signal relay?

    It's tucked up high up within the dashboard, above the brake pedal.

    If all else fails (or you decide you value your time too much to be scouring youtube for the answer), $15 at techinfo.toyota.com will get you two days' access for downloading manuals. In particular, the Wiring Diagram Manual has a section showing the physical routing of the wiring and locations of components.
