Where to find parts? Rusted bumper screws and and pins

    How do I take off the rubbered screws on the bumper? I'm having a difficult time removing them. Once I do where can I find a replacement for it? Also while also attempting to replace my HIDs on the passenger side, one of the pins fell into somewhere in the hood :(. Where can I find a replacement for that? Please see attached photos. Thank you.

    Go to a Toyota dealer for replacement parts. Ask the service manager for help.
