Hi folks .... I got a used computer now I'm in the market for a mini-vci. I went to Amazon and wow there sure is a lot of them. Is there a preferred one to buy? If so which one. I'm not a computer guy so I need one with very clear directions for installing ... if that's possible. Thanks for everyone here for all the great info about upkeep and repairing the Prius. My 2009 is getting to the point where it needs a little TLC and with your help it won't cost me an arm and leg ... I hope. Merry Christmas to all. Don
I would look for the latest rev level for your PC's operating system. I just loaded it on a new laptop with Windows 10. The CD contained a text file along with a video explaining step-by-step instructions. Read the details for each mini-VCI offering and find the one that meets your needs the best.
