I ordered some weathertech floormats through the store this past saturday. I was surprised I didnt get a tracking # or anything today, so I submitted a query through the store and called the phone number listed. There was no answer, so I left a message. Does somebody here run the store? Who can I contact if I need to modify my order, or have questions about it?

Thanks Guys!! I found him and sent him a PM. Im concerned because on the site, Ive read of people commenting on the length of time it takes to get items; right now I have no floormats and I live in Michigan (read: salt, slush, lots of snow, etc). I can get the same mats on Amazon for $10 more delivered by this wednesday with my Prime account. I would like to support Priuschat... but not at the expense of my poor un-protected Prius floor and carpet! lol I just want to know when I should expect the mats. If its going to be longer than this Friday, than I want to cancel the order and go through Amazon.
I wonder if priuschat.com has a Amazon referral link. One of the forums I participate in does and its a great way to donate to the forum. Still waiting for a response.... In the meantime, has anybody else purchased the weathertech floor mats from the PC store, and if so - how long did it take you to receive them?
How about visiting WalMart and buying a $10 set of generic floormats to use in the meantime ?? Or a heavy duty "tray" type for use when the snow and slush is REAL bad......on top of the good ones ?? No defense for the poor service here but it probably is a second or third job for the owner.
Thanks but after spending $105 for just 2 front floormats, I am not buying any more floormats in the meantime.. I just want the ones I ordered this past weekend to arrive, or at least know they will arrive by this weekend.
I ended up buying half my Prius accessories from Amazon and the other half from eBay. I go for the lowest price. If this site had a Amazon referral link I would definitely click it when buying anything from Amazon.
Update: I ended up calling paypal and cancelling the transaction through them- after trying to email, call, and private message and not getting a response for 4 days here. I check my order status today and it still says "awaiting fulfillment" and Ive still not received a reply from any of my phone calls/voicemails I left, emails, or private messages. It was last Saturday, 8-Feb that I placed my order. SO glad I didnt wait!! I'd still not have my floormats, or any indication of a breathing human being acknowledging my attempts to contact. Shit, I'd be happy even if an automaton answered...but I didnt get that either, lol On the bright side, Tuesday I ordered the Weathertech laser cut floor mats on cargogear.com and received them this past Friday! They were the same price as the PC store, with free shipping too. Strange. Last time I ordered from the PC store (last year), I received emails and my item was mailed out almost right away. Methinks the store has gone along the wayside....
