Why are special lease rates available only on the Prius II?

    Is it because the Prius II model doesn't sell as well as the others? Or is it because it's easier to predict the residual value of the lower-priced model?

    The special rates are offered on all Prius.
    They tend to only advertise the lowest of the low... ie/ payments for the II because it's eye-catching.
