This might be of some interest here for this. First, I've seen it. I don't agree with articles title though. It ignores what effect of production costs for ULSD, and demand for heating oil here and diesel in Europe, has on diesel fuel cost. I suspect there are other biases of the site at play also. ULSD - production supply and demand. Not all diesel production sites are able to produce ULSD. The tax the trucking industry pay gets passed right ti you, the consumer. It is seen every week - at the supermarket increased in food prices, sans weather impacted food issues. Until all diesel production sites can produce ULSD, prices will remain elevated. DBCassidy
