Gasoline tank fill-up problem...could not fill-it up full...but the good news Toyota agreed to fix the RAV4's, if so requested by the owners..So we just got our RAV4 fixed by Toyota (new tank/sender) and now we in the 520 miles range on fill-up. Many of us with 2019 and 2020 RAV4HV's could not fill up the gaso tank. I swear it felt just like the older Gen2 we traded in, where you could only get 6 gals per fill-up, except the Rav4 has a bigger tank so we could get 9.7 gals in there for about 390 mile range, vs. 560 miles advertised range. Toyota agreed there was a problem with some RAV4's which they said was apparently caused by a small design change to slightly different tank shape. So as far as older Gen2's, perhaps a small change in shape of flexible tanks used in the USA could cause the fill-up problems some of us saw..
