Why might a HVB not charge up?

So, I'm thinking it's just the HVB but I'm kinda worried if it's the inverter or something else.

Last week my 2010 Prius with 194k with a half donkeyed repaired HVB was starting to act up because of the heat that week. Coincidentally the Thursday or Friday after work that I decided to hookup Dr. Prius, it started to really act up. Almost limp mode, but not. As I was driving, I was trying to charge up the HVB as a couple times it went down to 1 bar.

When at a stop sign or whatever, I would hold my brake and mash the throttle like the Dr. Prius test. Reading the app, this was actually using lots of power instead of generating. It was kinda odd, when you let off, it would spike up and charge.

As soon as I got home, I tried to run all the tests. The life expectancy test wouldn't work. I couldn't charge up my battery. The % kept going up and down. I basically went and drove around for a half hour and tried again. Then it worked, barely. I really struggled to keep the electrical load in the green. Earlier this year when I completed the poor HVB repair, I got about 50% and now I'm back to about 25%, on the life expectancy.

Currently it does have a low and high voltage imbalance and it's also complaining about block 14 again. Last time Dr. Prius was very wrong about what blocks had problems. Block 14 should be my best in the HVB. My P0A80 never went away.

Does this sound like anything other than the HVB being bad?

    Thanks,

    Edit: confused the tests.

To me it sounds like you're high voltage battery is taking a dump and it's right at the right mileage for this to be happening in this exact model car we've had two. Nothing to it just do something whether you buy an OEM replacement or you have access to a good competent shop that is in the business of rebuilding batteries whatever it is you do do something and you'll be good to go We put a rebuilt in our persona we've not had a single problem with it now of course that I mention it will start having problems but it's been in there a year now. We don't really tax it that much here in Central North Carolina other than air conditioning and we try not to sit around just with it running we're in the car moving or out of the car and its parked We don't live in it or anything like that.

You should have used the Prolong system to give it some life.
It might be too late for though.
