I have been trying to buy, on order, a 2012 Prius Liftback/Hatchback for two months. No info on Toyota website and no way to configure the car given the lack of info at Toyota.com and at the dealers. 2012 is different with heads-up display and daylight running lights so their was a need to know ..... and of course the price increases. I finally ordered one after going to every dealer in San Diego county. Costco had the most up to date info. How does a tsunami effect Toyota's ability to put out timely info? 2012's now in showroom, with still no info on website. They did a much better job with the 2012 Prius V.
I have been checking daily as well thinking that the 2012 page would have replaced the 2011 page by now. Even though the site has not been updated you can still read info on the 2012 from Toyota's pressroom page for the 2012 Prius here if you have not seen/read it yet: Toyota | 2012 Toyota Prius, America's Best-Selling Hybrid, Adds Revised Styling and Advanced Infotainment Features
