Will safety connect buttons be absent from early release 2010 Prius?

    I know that the safety connect service will not be available until September but will the actual interior buttons be built in the first released 2010 Prius'? Also, what packages is this safety connect included with?

    Safety Connect appears to be standard across the line. Do they have their own infrastructure or do the OnStar people answer "Toyota" when the Prius' light flashes?
