Wind deflector worth getting for Toyota crossbars and cargo box?

    I recently got a Inno Ridge 8 Cu.ft cargo box for road trips and camping. I have it mounted to the Toyota branded crossbars. Would a wind fairing(rhino, thule,yakima) for the crossbars cut down on noise or do anything at all?
