Don't forget Microsoft "Winders". The redneck version featuring button labels such as "yeh", "naw", and "git".

There are some parts of Windows that can be modified via Registry and other ways. In my earlier days I used to tweak things like the Internet Explorer title bar to stuff like " - NOT for porn!"

Has anyone seen Object Desktop and WindowBlinds? I stumbled upon it a month ago and have pretty much fallen in love with it. You can "reskin" windows with literally hundreds of submitted skins. I know that it's a little iffy to mess too much with Windows but so far it's stable for me.
    Here's a link to some screenshots: http://www.stardock.com/products/windowbli...screenshots.asp
