I live in Colorado where we need to have 27% visible light on side and rear windows. Any pics of how dark that really is?
As the factory glass is already tinted ~75%, you'll want to see examples of 35% tint as that'll result in an aggregate of ~27% (~75% x 35%).
Most states have the 35% as legal tint but it's too light for me. I went with 25% instead of 20% or 18%. I have a charcoal gray interior. Depending on angle and background lighting, it can be dark or light enough. One thing to consider is your interior color. If you have the beige/lighter color, I would go with 20% . When you choose a tint lower that 35%, the tint guys will tell you you are on your own if a cop stops you for it.
