Today was the first time I had to fill up the windscreen washer fluid.

Why is the container/setup so weird? Looking down it seemed like there are 3 parts to it, wiggle quite freely? I think my top small part holder clip is broken as well but still seems sturdy.

Would someone have a picture of their intact one? As may do some plastic welding on it so it can attach to wherever it's meant to be connected to for support.

    Thanks.

I had mine out, but it's been years. It's the first one I've had that's been stuffed down into the front bumper that way. Unfortunately, other cars are doing this sort of thing now too. Mine developed a leak between the filler neck and the main tank.

Attached is a photo of the one on my 2011. It wiggles around a bit, but it's good enough. The only thing I see that's holding it on is the plastic part pushed down into the hole next to it. I also looked up the part on ebay (helpful for the pictures). I don't see anything holding the neck in place, other than being in between the top and the reservoir.

As long as it's not leaking, It's probably good enough. I don't know where you'd get just the top part, other than maybe the junk yard. Other than that, you're down to buying the whole thing.
