Lurker here. The bottom right corner of my 2011 Prius with Nav has become unresponsive which wasn't a big deal -- until I got a new phone. Because there are four phone slots, I had enough free to add the new phone for voice calls. But my 2011 can only have two portable players memorized. I can't delete my old phone without pushing the on-screen button in the bottom-right corner. I could either actually fix the problem with a touch screen replacement or, I'm thinking, how about an erase all function. (for the four telephone slots there is a delete all, but that wouldn't change the audio player slots, right?) Is there a reset to factory settings option somewhere?
