I purposely bought a 2022 Prius Prime LE because I wanted Android Auto. The XLE and LTD don’t support it. However, the LE requires you to plug in the phone to the USB every time to use it. I prefer to have it connect wirelessly so I don’t have to take the phone out of my pocket every time I drive. Unfortunately, the LE does not support Wireless Android Auto.

I found a solution that works great for me. I bought a Teeran Android Auto Wireless Adapter for $79 (currently $59 with $20 Amazon coupon). I plugged it into the USB port and paired it with my phone. I attached the Teeran to the center storage console with Velcro. Now, I have wireless Android Auto. Whenever I get into the car, it connects automatically (after 10 or 15 seconds).

Note: This works on the Prime LE, not the XLE or LTD.
