There is one black IV without nav or solar in my region. My sales person is attempting to put an order in right now. I'll find out by 2:00 if she managed to get it!
I'm still waiting! They're trying to make a trade with another dealership who has the pkg 4 in black. I'll probably find out tomorrow and they said I should have my car by Friday.
They got one! Unfortunately, they can't get it on the lot until about the 25th or earlier. However, they did find me a loaner for the time being. IV in black with whatever the dark gray leather seats are called. And my insurance just told me they'll cover the difference between the 2008 and the new Prius and just bill it to the drunk driver.
So far this is excellent news. Again, I can't help but to express my remorse as to how this whole thing came about but I sincerely hope it ends pleasantly.
I just read the police report again and apparently they're saying I hit him and he's the complainant . . . And he was arrested for DUI but it doesn't say he ran the stop sign. This is the initial report, but I'm really worried. I remember him hitting me and the picture of my car clearly shows a side impact. There's no way I hit him but I was somehow spun off to the right a full 90 degrees from where I began. I don't know, that doesn't look like I hit him even if he was turning. Even so, I had the right of way. I didn't have a light or a stop sign and he did.
