P2111 usually is throttle body related, check to make sure that the plug is still plugged in to the throttle body actuator and that the butterfly on the throttle body isn't blocked from moving somehow. P3190 is a reduced engine power code that could be related to your p2111 code. Check for secure connections at the throttle body, ECM, cam sensor, crank sensor and mass air flow sensor
