I got the wrong HID bulbs for my 06 Prius. The correct bulbs should be D4R. Instead what was shipped was D4S. Initially the D4S (wrong_bulb) lights up but then goes out in about a minute. And both lamps go out at the same time. Hopefully this will be useful to someone in case they get the wrong bulbs or have the symptoms of the bulbs going out simultaneously every few minutes. Dave
FYI, DxS and DxR bulbs should have no difference except focal point and position of the return coil from the salt bubble. Well also the holes will not line up correctly when you position them. Same with D2S and D2R as well as D4S and D4R. Glad you figured it out though.
