As an early adopter of the V back in 2012 i got the premium HDD package on my car and it cam with 3 years of xm nav traffic weather sports and gas prices, well now that i am over my 3 years I lost all my traffic info and they want to charge $5/month for something i can get free and better on Waze. I think they changed this on newer models. So just to let you know, if you have XM Nav Traffic, it is free, but if you have just Nav Traffic it is free. Oh well the early bird gets the.....
I think you're confusing it with Entune. Entune is free. XM isn't and $5/mth is on top of your satellite radio subscription. In Canada, it's $36/mth plus tax for XM NavTraffic as a stand-alone feature.
