Is there a specific tuner that works with the 2009 Highlander Hybrid (XM Ready) or does any tuner work? Also, the booklet says that the "XM Ready" comes with the antenna pre-installed (haven't seen the vehicle yet). Any knowledge on how this works and what is needed? Thanks
