xtended warranty sales tax back

    Dealership said I had 30 days to return warranty and we'd work something out on returning sales tax. Now will not return my calls.

    I'd contact the state AG: Consumer Protection .

    If the refund policy is in writing (and you followed the procedure) you should have a case.
