An update on my weight loss -- I have now lost 27 pounds since Dec. 1. And I am eating so healthy I don't know myself! But wildest of all, I've started a program of indoor aerobic walking, and I have worked up to 10 miles a day!!!! Woo hoo! Peace --
Very impressive! And congratulations on the weight loss. I'm continuing to lose weight, but much more slowly, and my trip to Mexico was a setback for the weight-loss. I expect to reach my goal before hiking season arrives. Keep up the good work.
