We might not have been in and out in record time, but it was sure a nice experience meeting Dianne and buying a car from her. To be fair, it wasn't her fault we ended up being there a longer - we hadn't decided which of several cars we wanted to buy. So she showed us several, we rather hemmed and hawed before making up our minds. Once we said "this one" the rest of the procedure went very quickly. What I absolutely LOVED was that there were no games about pricing, we knew up-front what the prices were of the vehicles we were interested in, and I thought they were fair prices (they were ones posted here). They were fair about my trade-in (my expectations weren't high as I realized it was worth virtually nothing), which delighted me because otherwise I was going to have to work at selling it, something I didn't feel like doing. It was SO refreshing to deal with someone who was honest and told it like it is. I hope she's still around here in 5 years or so, when I'll be replacing this lovely, blue Prius IV with another one, the car is wonderful!
2 months since I got my car from Dianne and still the best buying experience I have ever had with anything. This big of a purchase and not a day of buyers remorse or wishing I did something better to save more money. How often can you say that?
