Another Chinese Tesla wannabe? Introducing the electric car Yudo π1 | South China Morning Post If I'm understanding this correctly, this car costs about 75,000 Chinese Yuan, which is only like $12,000 US Dollars. Even without the government subsidies, the cost of the car is under $20,000 US Dollars. Does anybody know anything about this company and this car?
Never heard oh 'em. A quick read reveals no - this isn't a Tesla wanabe - it's more of a Bolt knockoff than anything else. Chinese car knockoffs are a dime a dozen. They're basically a "get what you pay for" low quality/low safety type of car, only here, it's an ev. btw, that $12k US equivalent price is only after Chinese subsidies -
