I have the 2008 Prius with built in GPS. Just moved to Charlotte, NC so I purchased the upgraded GPS-DVD version 13.1. When I programed an address it works fine in NC, however as soon as I cross the SC state line all driving instructions go away. In driving from MD to NC I did not have any probems like this. I have checked my zone, and I'm in the southern states. Not sure why this GPS is doing this. Any suggestions?
Suggest you take the problem to them as things worked properly prior. They should be able to source the issue with out additional cost. Sorry not any better help, but that is a problem I have never heard other than from corrupt data (your new disc).
Have you checked the Region? On my 2010 NC is in the same region as SC but not sure about your Gen II. It would be worth a check.
