I have this key and its the only one that came with the car and i want to have 2. I got an aftermarket key and I was told i need to get a refurbished key by a locksmith because the aftermarket ones stop working. My original key is an aftermarket one and its the only one that came with the car, but he said that it could just be an aftermarket shell and a real key internals and thats why its working ok. He said in order to get a key that actually works i need a refurbished oem key. Im not sure what fcc number this key has and i included a pic of the internals. Any help with deciphering it and getting info on what key i need would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of car do you have?
Does your car have a wireless key that allows you to open and start the car without taking the key fob out of your pocket? Do you have this key fob and does it work?
