    So I got rid of the water and reinstalled the battery and made sure all the connectors are tight so I can drive it until I can get the replacement...

    So upon further inspection, the ground bolt actually was on fully tightened but I went ahead and removed the battery to look at the date sticker...

    It fluctuates between 13.8 and 14.0 but mostly stays at 14 .
