I've driven both a Prius and a Model 3. I much prefer the one foot driving capability which removes the usefulness of blended brakes.
I find powering off after 10 seconds and powering back on restarts the timer.
I would recommend that the EGR cooler be cleaned long before 179k. OP waited far too long.
Also check that no cells are shorted to the chassis. Measure the voltage from each cell to the chassis, they should all be 0 when the bus bars are...
I would guess the inverter gave out, there is a recall that should cover it.

I hope the EGR was cleaned out.
Have you checked the EGR cooler on your new Prius? It's got about the right mileage to be overdue for a cleaning.
Did you clean the EGR ports in the intake manifold?
Definitely check your 12V as you will not get a warning to change it. All the 12V does is boot the computer enough to allow the high voltage...
Spray some oven cleaner in there and it will be shiny pretty quickly, maybe 10 minutes?
