    I should add that is what it shows on the guess-o meter. LOL I usually only get 19-22 actual electric miles.

    I typically get 22- 25 EV. Mine is a 2017 Prime with about 25,000 miles on it.

    Why the Prime and not the regular Prius?

    This is exactly why I chose the Prime as well. I drive all week on electric only and use gas on the weekends when I make a 2 hour trip.

    Congrats on the new car! I have the 2017 Prime in red. I usually hate red cars but I really liked the color of this one.

    2007 Dead Prius

    This may seem like a silly question but is the 12 volt battery that is in the 2007 Prius a "special battery" or is it just a regular car battery?...
