    Smog Check exemption expires in Califronia on Dec. 2014

    I just got my DMV notice for my Plug in Prius and no smog required so they must have fixed it.

    New Green Sticker Limit

    As of April 21, 2014, 39,112 "green" stickers have been issued. Green stickers are valid through January 1, 2019. (according to the ARB link above).

    Yes but the cover was for a full tire not a donut. They sell them for RV's.
