    Yes, they told me about the class action resolution;I love an extension to 2035, that was a surprise. And clearly enough folks had this failure...

    UPDATE! At least in the USA, Toyota resolved a class action suit with a non-recall warranty coverage 15 year extension to 2035 for 2010-2015...
