    Need to replace USB / Aux sockets in Prius 2011

    I've tried nose pliers. No luck. Will call the dealer to see if they have the USB/Aux connector available.

    Am I reading this right? Is the USB/Aux module is only held in with spring clips? Can it be popped out with a screwdriver? Do the wires come off...
