Hi Steve, To answer your question: First do a search on Prius Chat in the search box, and read everthing posted. That may answer your question. If not then bring up Technical or maintenance for your year Prius, Gen II or Gen III. New Thread is usually in upper left of subject area, I always have to look for it. At that point the site will suggest previous like or exact areas of concern. Don;t worry too much if the subject has been addressed. The moderators will always try to answer the question. Be as factual as possible. And yes, it is a good idea to use the site before approaching the dealer. Hope that helps. Andy.
